I'd opt for Brown Goshawk or Collared Sparrowhawk. Certainly not
Black-shouldered Kite, Grey Goshawk or Grey Falcon. I'm not sure
there is enough to go on to pick between Brown Goshawk and Collared
Sparrowhawk - "About the size of...." is notoriously unreliable, and
I'm not sure the standard of the pic gives enough else to distinguish
between them, bu I may be proved wrong on that.
