Hi all, I have just had a report of a Scarlet-chested Parrot being seen in Victoria. It was sighted in the Murray-Sunset NP, midday Fri 18 April on the Pheenys Track by Alec Hawtin, Graeme Horskins and Mick Brasher. They also recorded Red-lored Whistler.
