Hi Sue,
I've replied to the list so that there are some details in the
archives in the future.
There's some great camping up on the Tablelands near Armidale. Last
time I went through we camped at one of the waterfalls along Waterfall
Way (between Ebor and Armidale), but I can't remember the name of it.
There's a few campsites in the NPs which should be marked on the maps.
Be sure to stop at Ebor Falls, mostly for the geology, but also
because it's close to the road and an interesting spot. Gara Gorge is
good too, and probably the best site I can recommend for birding. I
was much more interested in the rocks than the birds when I was there.
