And keep in mind that Aussie Ravens aren't out of the question in that area 
too. We have seen them as single birds near Harrington on occasion. Like I 
pointed out to Frank off-list, the Forest Ravens 
are generally more likely than Crows in the coastal fringe, especially along 
the beaches.

Hi Frank,

Forest Ravens are common at Harrington so you should be able to see them 
there.  They are a little larger than Torresian Crows and, unlike the 
southern subspecies, these birds have long tails.  The drawn out 
throaty/croaky call is also distinctive but be aware that Torresian Crows 
can also make unusual throaty calls at times.

I could put you onto Rufous Scrub-birds west of Grafton but not in the area 
that you will be visiting.
