Dear MikeMany thanks from all of us, I'm sure, for that thorough but brief account of the changes. As for your puzzle over whether your list if 794 or 795, me and my mates have succeeded so far, I think, in preventing the Bayside Barbary Doves from hatching young in the wild. But now we have a dilemma - possibly in law - about whether we should stop the beasts from breeding, other than through 'soft' measures. And I wonder where the "viable established populations" are? The Alice Springs mob were viable but ain't now. Michael Norris |
