I would be interested in any paper on Common Mynahs spreading salmonellosis to 
humans. It would also be interesting to know why Common Mynahs can spread this 
bacteria but not say ravens, currawongs or magpies which regular plough the 
same foraging substrate. I assume the Mynahs habit of roosting in the 
air-conditioners and the roof has some bearing on this but I would be 
interested to know how mechanical transference of the bacteria takes place.
