This morning 4 Fairy Terns were resting on a sandspit at Policemans Point at the entrance of Ansons Bay in NE Tasmania. There were also several Sanderling with 200+ Red-necked Stint, 8+ Turnstone, 1000+ Crested Tern and the usual Kelp and Pacific Gulls, Black Cormorants Red-capped and Hooded Plovers and both Oystercatchers.
