Just a quick message from Tullamarine. I observed 6 Blue-winged Parrots yesterday morning (Weds 28th Nov) on Five Mile Rd, northern Wilsons Prom, Victoria). Fine views were had of the birds perched and feeding on the ground alongside the road. This road was also particularly good for honeyeaters, including Tawny-crowned, Crescent and White-eared.
