I would have thought just about any would spit out accurate coordinates you could write down. What differentiates them is probably the other things they can do, e.g. Help get you there, get you home again, get you back to that spot again. I use my Blackberry 8800 phone's gps, but only because I happen to have been given it. As it comes it can't do much more than tell me my lat and long, but free add on software lets me see my position on a map (downloaded from Google Maps, so as soon as I'm out of phone range I can't see the map anymore!) or record a log of where I go.
