I remember seeing an Arnold Swarzenegger movie, I think it was, that had
an Eastern Rosella in it that didn't sound one bit like an ER.

Yep...i saw it...I'll go for 10 points Tim.   Red-rumped Parrot. 

They even had the right sound sample for it too!

Are red-rumps a common avairy parrot?




Those who want to cheat a bit can browse to
http://www.paycheckmovie.com.  Eventually a still of a rear view of what
could be a budgie on someone's hand appears.  Well, it's green, and
looks about the right size, but why would Tim be surprised to see a
budgie?  Makes me think it could be something else.  Maybe a Night
Parrot - that would be a surprise.
