G’day all,
I thought Melbourne birders might like to know that I am having an “event”
to celebrate the launch last month of my book, “Anoraks to Zitting
Cisticola- A Whole Lot of Stuff About Birdwatching” at Readings Bookshop at
253 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, this Thursday at 6:30 PM.
I hope this doesn’t offend the non-commercial Birding-aus rule, but there is
no charge for the event and no compunction for anyone that attends to have
to buy a book. You can get them signed though, and come along and listen to
a reading from the juiciest bits of the book and brief talks from me and
host of Sunday Arts, Michael Veitch, as well as have a free drink.
