Hi there everyone,

I recently got an email advising of the launch of a book of birds of the Amazon
"Aves da Amazonia" by Edson Endrigo - apparently it's in English and
Portuguese. I looked up the photographer's website which is quite good
www.avesfoto.com.br, so just thought I'd share it with you in case there is
anyone heading that way - soon or some other time, or if you just feel like
browsing with longing. He also does birdwatching tours. I think we made contact
with the guy some how during some rather ambitious planning of our last trip to
Brazil (hubby is Brazilian, took bubs to meet the family in October 2006). In
the end we sensibly(?) ditched any attempt to go to the Pantanal or Amazon and
just did the family thing with a small three day side trip. NEXT TIME!!!

Anyhoos, enjoy,
cheers
Arwen
(btw - I have no commercial interest in this book - but it does look good).
