Systematics and Taxonomy of Australian Birds

Dear All,

For those who are eagerly awaiting Christidis and Boles' "Systematics  
and Taxonomy of Australian Birds' in November, there is some bad  
news. According to the CSIRO Publishing web site, publication has  
been pushed back to January '08. I hope that the publication date  
does not drag on like that of "Shorebirds of Australia', which was  
finally published some 12 months after the original publication date.
And I had asked Santa for a copy for Christmas too!
