Kellys Swamp: Painted Snipe

A male Australian painted snipe was observed this afternoon at Kellys Swamp
in the ACT. This is the first bird in the ACT since 1978. Interestingly it
has arrived a week before the Painted Snipe survey. 

A lifer for me.
