Some more recent arrivals this week in the Capertee Valley and Blue
Mountains, NSW.
- Channel-billed Cuckoo in Capertee Valley, 1st October.- Large flocks of White-browed and Masked Woodswallows over the Capertee Valley. - Spotted Harrier near the 3-way junction, 5km west of Glen Davis, 1st Oct. - Western Gerygone calling 1st October, in the Capertee Valley. - Black-faced Monarch at Mt Wilson, Cathedral of Ferns on 2nd Oct.Plenty of all the other usual good birds seen in the area this week, despite the windy weather. cheers, Carol Carol Probets http://www.bmbirding.com.au =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.comTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
