Hi, Everyone. It was nice to have Swift Parrots in my backyard in Heathcote (southern Sydney) this last weekend. There were up to 8 birds present on both the 8th and the 9th, feeding in ironbarks (narrow-leaved, I think) which are flowering profusely at the moment. It's only the second time in 26 years I've got them at this location. For anyone interested, Heathcote is at E151.008 S34.080. Regards, Dave.
