Actually Bill, the White-fronted Honeyeater looks
surprisingly unlike a New Holland Honeyeater (and there are lots of photos of
this bird available on-line). Much less similar than some books would have
you believe.
The point I made to Colin (not expecting him
to reply to the list) is not so much about wanting to know the exact location of
one Brush Cuckoo (I am not that interested) nor do I wish
to spending ages on the computer waiting for a map to load. I just would
have liked something like an indication say that Morisset is in "NSW coastal
near Sydney", rather than say in Tasmania, Kimberley, etc. There
is nothing new in that request. And yes I agree it is not such a big issue as
sometimes we forget to include that.
