While visiting the Three Sisters late last night I heard within 2 minutes after dusk a Boobook, a Sooty and a Powerful Owl (and in that order). The Sooty Owl gave a clear falling bomb whistle whilst the Powerful Owl echoed the Jamison Valley with its "woo.oo" calls. Before dusk and while admiring a brilliant sunset shining on the Three Sisters I also heard a Crescent Honeyeater or two.
