My sister lives at Ravensbourne, Queensland and a regular visitor is a rosella that could only be an Eastern Rosella/Pale Headed Rosella hybrid. The most distinctive feature is the Eastern's red head (with a small white patch) while the rest is generally Pale Headed but with stronger blue shading. The bird is clearly a wild one and gets around with the local Pale Heads. Any other reports of this?
