Gooday birding-aussers,
On Sunday 24 June 2007 Gregg Malone, Laura Wren and myself observed a White-browed Woodswallow and a Black-faced Woodswallow at Big Buttertin Beach, Prince of Wales Is. Qld. 10 41 31 S 142 7 1 E. HANZAB records two sightings of the White-browed Woodswallow at Weipa during the 2nd Atlas with the Black-faced Woodswallow "few records on Cape York Pen. N of 14S." Apart from this we also observed 5 White-winged Trillers in non-breeding plumage. HANZAB states a single record for the Torres Strait. (Draffan).
I have sent a report to Birds Queensland.
Should this report be forwarded to BARC?
Jon Wren
