Greetings all,Watched 3 Pied Currawongs one a juv. feeding on the red berries of the Asparagus Fern in our garden. The adults did not tolerate the juv. and would impinge on its feeding area on frequent occasions that would result in a minor squabble. Regardless of the fact that the Asparagus Fern covers in excess of a square metre and food seemed plentiful. 4 mins + they remained in the fern gourging themselves with the red berries. Birds-eye chillis are becoming a rarity up here also, we never seem to get to the stage of picking the red ripe chillis.
