Congrats to BOCA for the great new look for "The Bird Observer" 848 newformat easy reading, arrived in the mail today. If conservation is to becomepart of our goals, I therefore suggest that BOCA follow the lead of QOSI andallow members access to the monthly publications through the WWW or email?Jon Wren
