I'll be in Sydney at the end of November, probably staying in Manly.
Can anyone tell me of any good places to go birding around there, within
easy reach of Manly by foot or public transport? I'll have a Saturday
afternoon and Sunday morning.

Google maps shows a patch of green at North Head I could walk to.
Anything worth looking at there (remembering that anything that isn't in
Victoria I won't have seen)?

I see a few mentions in the archive of the Manly high tide roost. Is
that still accessible? Is it worth it without a scope? I also see
mostly mentions of seabirds in the North Head - scope needed?
