Forwarded message follows: ________________________________ From: Stuart Johnson Sent: Friday, 20 April 2007 2:10 PM To: Subject: noisy friarbirds ..... incoming !! since yesterday I've noticed a steady stream of Noisy Friarbirds passing over my house at Grassy Head on the mid north coast of NSW, heading north. This is not something I've noticed before moving to this spot. Mostly in small groups of a dozen or so, but also individuals and larger groups of maybe forty . They are totally silent. Are Noisy Friarbirds known to migrate ??? Is anyone interested in the timing of such a thing?? stuart ==============================www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: ============================= |
