Only if you tell them, Peter. You and all the birding-aus subscribers are
asked to act on that NPA statement. The River Red Gums along the
Murray-Darling system truly do need serious lobbying. But do not think that
Qld is too enlightened. If you are wondering why the Murray-Darling is
stressed, look at some of the water issues in your State too. The birds
along the Murray-Darling are looking for help and who better to do so than
those who love to watch them.
