Hi all Since Cyclone Larry, there have been 30 confirmed deaths of cassowaries in the Innisfail-Mission Beach area. Of those cases where the cause of death is known, 70% were from vehicle collisions and 22% from dog attack. I understand these figures come from QPWS. Supplementary feeding is continuing.
