Russell & Shirley,
Andrew Isles stocks both Craig Robson's "A Field Guide to the Birds
of Thailand" and also "A Field Guide to the Birds of South-East
Asia". I would go for "South-East Asia" because of its wider scope
and it would save buying other books on the region for further trips.
I am heading off to Thailand, Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak in a few
weeks and It will be my main reference as it will cover all the
species that I will see, except for the Bornean endemics.
Cheers
Carl Clifford
