Hi all,
I often miss some, too. Sometimes, it's just that I receive the reply before I receive the original post (often quite some time). Other times, the 'original' never arrives at all.

From time to time I realize that I am reading a message referring to a previous one, which I have not seen. And I read all the messages from Birding-aus which we do receive, so I don't think it's me.
So perhaps they fail to arrive.
For instance, it's clear that I missed the one which started a current thread on banding and leg-flags for waders. Why is this so?
