Just a quick note here- mimicry is well known and nicely described
for this species in HANZAB, but yesterday at Cassowary House,
Kuranda, I sat on our veranda thinking I was hearing Large-billed
Scrubwren, wondered why it was fairly high up, and discovered a male
Mistletoebird mimicking this species instead. This is not listed as
being one of the mimicked species in the venerable tome.
