Last weekend I failed to find a Little Grassbird to show Kris Tindige from West
Papua. I was searching close to Brisbane. Various places had been suggested but
they were all either dry or appeared to have no Little Grassbirds (eg sites
near the Port of Brisbane), or recent visitors said there was no point in
looking as the Grassbirds did not seem to be there now (eg Sherwood Arboretum,
Minippi Wetland.)

Does anyone have a current Little Grassbird site handy to Brisbane which does
not require a long walk? (For example even if they are at the pond on the Oxley
Common, that's much too far for Kris to walk.)

Thanks
Margaret
