I posted this on the NT Birds group without response (yet) - perhaps Birding-Aus might help - I have photos but won't/can't post here.

Dear all,

While in Alice this past weekend I found this rather chubby Long-billed Corella in a group of Little Corellas on the lawns at the Casino - does anyone know if it is an aviary escapee (out on day release?) or a possible vagrant with a rather incredible range extension?

Cheers and best,

Robert Gosford
