Further to this issue from last week.

I have just received the following advice from colleague Ian Temby at our 
Box Hill office in Melbourne.

Seems the staining was 'naturally' acquired.

Hi Martin

I have seen stained LP Cormorants but not as dark as this one.  I believe 
the stain is acquired from contaminated (rusty?)
water, rather than being part of a marking program.
