Hi Tones, The local distributors should send your bins back to the factory at their expense if they are under warranty, eg Leica, Zeiss and Swarovski, even for eyecup problems. Their warranties last thirty years. May take a few weeks but my Zeiss have just come back after eye-cup repairs in Germany, no charge.
