Hi Birders, I just had a Common (Indian?) Mynah actively feeding on a Grevillea Honey Gem in our yard. It was only interested in the flowers, and at first I assumed it was after the nectar but I just checked the flowers and there are a lot of ants on them. Still, it was a bit different from the usual population of nectar feeders ( Rainbow Lorikeets, Crimson Rosellas, Red and Little Wattlebirds, Noisy Friarbirds being the most common) Regards Roger. ==============================www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: ============================= |
