I recommend Nguyen Hoai Bao
Speak good English and very good birder.
A good place to go is actually the Zoo, you can get quite a list there,
mainly in the high trees - it opens at 7 and will be quite for about two
hours.. The reunification Palace can be quite good as well.
Try and get to Cat Tien if you can - but you will need a couple of nights.
