hi all

some time christmas/new years i intend to go to french island, mainly for
birding. i know about the stony point ferry, but how else can you get there.
what transport is on the island. also, what are the best birding spots. they
would need to be relaitvely easy to access, so no tramping through mud
swamps etc. cos i will be with non-birdos

merry christmas and happy new year, hopefully involving many birds
