Certainly looks like it to me - they come in an amazingly complex array of plumage varieties - the eyebrow in the rear bird is a fairly certain giveaway for the Black Duck component, though again, they don't all have it.

We have lots of examples of this 'variety' around parks and waterways in Tassie.
