Thank you all again for the help in locating various species in my area. I've decided to look at Dusky Moorhens over the summer. If anyone would like to, perhaps you'd consider the following when you're out birding:

- Can you distinguish individual Dusky Moorhens by their beak pattern? Enough to follow individuals' activities and interactions with each other?

- Are you easily able to record individuals, by beak pattern, on your digital camera?

Happy birding!
Judfith.
