And speaking of bananas, I saw some down to $4.95 /kg yesterday in an
Adelaide supermarket. Haven't bought a one since the cyclone put the
price up to $12.95.

Hi, I was wondering whether anyone knows of any
measures taken to prevent Blue-faced honeyeaters
having an impact on banana plantations? I presume they
must be quite a pest, but are they protected in any
way?
