Hi,

Last Friday afternoon, I photographed a small number
of Red-necked Stints. Among them, one individual in
particular showed smaller head and longer tibia. It
was fairly easy to pick it up among 10+ other
Red-necked Stints. Also present was a NSW flagged RN
Stint.

I had posted to birdforum and there are some
suggestions that this could be a Little Stint.

The photo and discussion can be found at

All comments are welcome. I am happy to send photos to
individuals who are interested to have a look the
photos.

Regards,
Tun Pin

Note: Unless the opinions strongly suggest a Little
Stint, I would rather catch up with the Ruff this
weekend at Pitt Town lagoon. Then later Xmas I'll be
having my Boxing Day 'brunch' with Nordmann's
Greenshank in Malaysia - look forward to that :)
