Hi all Just to confirm the Pec Sand was seen early morning today (Sun 26.11) and again early afternoon at Buckley's Hole, Bribie Island, 60 kms north of Brisbane. Seems to spend most time alone or with Red-necked Stints and/or Marsh Sand. Views generally distant - scope almost a necessity, but clear id in size and colour of bill, clear chest demarcation and 'taller', 'bigger' size and shape and general giz. Cheers -- Colin Reid So many birds, so little time...... -- http://www.fastmail.fm - Or how I learned to stop worrying and love email again =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
