Hi Mat (and all),

I did a quick trip around the WTP last night and the Red-necked Phalarope was still present on Walshes Lagoon. And yes, this is in an area accessible for permit holders. Sorry I can't help out this Saturday, hopefully someone else can.

Cheers, Dean

Hello again,

I'm wondering if any Melbourne birders have seen the Red-necked Phalarope
recently (in the last month?)?
I will be in Melbourne on Saturday Nov 18 (with a car) and would like to see
it if I can find someone with access to the WTP.
(I assume that Walshes Lagoon is within the restricted part of WTP?)
If anyone planning on heading out to WTP on Saturday morning that I could
join up with I would be happy to hear from you.

Cheers,
Mat Gilfedder
