Hi All,

Walked to work through the park this morning and saw a female Rufous Songlark, 
a first for me for the area, and then followed almost immediately with another 
first - a Brush Cuckoo.  I heard but couldn't see the cuckoo, which, after much 
running around the convoluted edge of Busby's Pond, I realised was calling from 
one of the islands. Also unusual was a single Australasian Shoveler on the 
Kensington Pond.  Cheers.
