There are usually several Wandering Whistling-ducks at Lake Apex.
(Recently.)
The Cotton Pygmy Geese were there on Friday 13 October and also on Sunday 15 October, in the corner closest on the left as you look down from the main road (sorry I don't know in terms of the compass) - the one where the Freckled Duck usually is (and was on those days). On the same days there was also a pair on the swamp you can see on the west from Adare Rd just north of Redbank Creek Rd. They are pretty reliable there.
