At Penrhyn this afternoon at high tide on the sandspit, south-easterly 4-5, 
slight drizzle, Cloud Cover 8

Bar-tailed Godwit    51
Red Knot                6
White-Fronted Tern  0 (1 this am)
Crested Tern          1 (10 this am)
Other Terns           0 (Ray Gobbe saw 3 Whiskered at sunrise this am)
Red-Necked Stint    18
Curlew Sandpiper    2 (1 winter, 1 still some summer plumage)
P Golden Plover       0 (9 this am but on the oyster bed)
Sharpies                2 on sandspit
Silver Gull               +50
Kelp Gull                1 2nd/3rd year
Pelican                  1

Birds flagged or banded

1 orange flagged Red Knot; 1 orange over green RN Stint
