Just a few minutes ago -- abt 25 WTNs -- 11.20am, Sunday 15 Sept, Mt
Mee/Ocean View, SEQ.
It's our first real hot summer day up here on the mountain.
Breezy, but v.hazy and a bit smoky. The birds appeared suddenly,
cruising in low, to circle close over my head. Hunting, it seems, as
there are plenty of bugs out there today.
So close were they, that I seemed to see their plumage as
worn... Would this be right at this time of the year / after the
migration???
Welcome back to them -- always a great sight! Judith =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.comTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
