Odd bird at Point Cook

Looks like a Singing Honeyeater.  I've seen them a couple of times at the 
WTP in the last year, so they might be establishing them self on the 
western shores of Port Philip Bay.

Any ideas what it is?  I'm guessing leucistic New Holland, but 
someone might have a better idea.
