Hi all, Just had another great morning at Oxley Creek Common. The breeding plumaged male Brown Songlark was once again halfway down the side-road to Pelican Lagoon, plus another possible non-breeding/female Brown Songlark as well. There were still 4 Latham's Snipe at Pelican Lagoon, plus I got great views of a Baillon's Crake which was a lifer for me. A Red-kneed Dotterel was sitting tight, probably on eggs, and on my way out I saw Black-shouldered Kite and Brown Goshawk, and flushed 5 Brown Quail. The male and female Aussie Shoveller are still on Pelican Lagoon In all I saw 62 species for the morning.
