I have just arrived back from a morning search at Penrhyn Road with Graham Buchan, Mike Carter, Richard Baxter and a couple of other birdos and we saw only the Pacific Golden Plover that had been photographed with the possible American GP by Graham on Tuesday. Graham indicated that the (possible) American Golden Plover has sometimes been absent from Penrhyn Road in the past few days and may visit other nearby sites such as Eastlakes or the gravel pit in Kurnell. Graham, Mike and Richard travelled to the latter site at lunchtime and will no doubt post a report.
