Hi all 3rd time lucky, at the same location to bird heard on 6 & 8 of Sept and similar time approx 6:25pm - this time I actually saw the bird perched at the end of a long limb in a gum at the entrance to the car park on Culworth Avenue, from which it made several short sorties. Lucky I had a good torch in the car, so I was able to see the little blighter this time! I got a good eyeshine back as the bird looked back at me and several commuters and 1 dog walker were interested observers . Cheers Tom Wilson ==============================www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: ============================= |
